The recent medical treatment spent on Kobi is more than enough to buy myself a bag from one of the big brands, or even a short holiday.

And now I've realised that the pharse 'it's better to die than to be sick' applies on animals too.

At least he is all well and jumping again, phew!

Mummy called late last night, telling me that Kobi broke his nail and was bleeding badly. Got superly worried that I rushed back home immediately.

Sent my boy immediately to the 24hours animal hospital, and was totally wow-ed by their A&E department. Thou the bills came up not cheap, but I must say that their service was really good.

He is fine now, other than feeling grouchy from the medication. Hope he gets well soon!

Sometimes, knowing too much might not do you good.

Ignorance is bliss.

Of all my years in this industry, no one has ever question about my work. But today, I am being doubted on my ability of handling an account. Not by my bosses, but by a management trainee.

With a masters degree on the way, you might be the next Hotel General Manager or Director in the near future. But this doesn't mean that you can bring someone down the way you did this morning. And I believed you won't go far by creating internal conflicts within the team.

Thank God that I have very supportive bosses, and I did them proud by ending the discussion very diplomaticaly.

Totally agree with my boss's advice - Listen to only those you feel are important. No one else matters.

Yet another lesson learnt. Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none.
